Something is not clicking here wow account.He is saying people who DO buy accounts DO NOT immediately ticket a GM to tell them.If a GM is responding to a ticket and the person being helped is oh so eager to offer this information,something is not right.In my opinion the GM telling you,you would not get banned wow account was his way of trying to end the conversation buy wow accounts,because most likely he thought you were someone trying to exact revenge on the owner of the account or something purely speculative, but that is what I immediately thought when just considering the conversation you had with him.

 In terms of deleting your account,trying to get everything perma deleted,your just out of luck it seems.The best thing you could do if you REALLY dont want to play that account is delete all the characters,give a friend the email adress to the buy wow account and ask them to change it to a new one and delete that email and burn all records you have of your original wow accounts.That eliminates virtually every easy way to get your account back, and you would be forced to go through an annoying and arduous process.Plus I am guessing if you delete your characters and are able to refrain from trying to get them restored for a long enough time buy wow account,there is a chance that they will be lost.

 One of my friends recently deleted his main in an attempt to quit.He then decided he wanted to play again and after long convo with GMs,they restored his character.It had been about 3 months or so world of warcraft account, and when restored he had no gold and was naked.The only thing he had was reputation/mounts and stuff,so over time it seems as though they do lose some data wow accounts,but I am not sure on that.

 I have known people who have been hacked, had their accounts banned world of warcraft account, and were able to recover them. I have also heard stories of people selling accounts only to take them back by saying they were hacked. I don't have personal experience, I am just working with what is really common knowledge. Now, proceed to turn this into a flame war if you want buy wow accounts, but I won't be participating.
